room is very clean and comfortable and breakfast is complete.
Very high price in relation to the location of the room: a series of rooms located in a backyard, with a direct view of a derelict camper van(?), with a neglected riverside and a riverbank in front of it, which includes scrap metal installations and pipes... not very bucolic at all... It's a pity. Gives the impression of a big structure that tries to make the most of every square meter of available land.

Wonderful trendy boutique hotel with awesome mountain views. Spotless room and wonderful breakfast. Amazing location in a great area, close to Box Canyon, Perimeter Trail, hiking, shopping, restaurants.

The location of the main building with its swimming pool is magnificent.
The hotel has another, less beautiful building with an additional five rooms in the basement. We had to stay there. They are located next to the car wash compressor. The view sucks. The staff wouldn't let us change rooms. I've never seen such rudeness in America. You should know that the bottled water in the room is $2, the comb is $5. The icing on the cake is the do-it-yourself registration on a machine. The bathtub wasn't emptied. In short, a factory without humanity and a shame to offer rooms in the basement. Very average breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs. The room itself was great and we loved the convenience of parking right in front of it. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to town and also to the Box Canyon Falls. The hot springs offered beautiful views while soaking in the non-sulfur water. We especially enjoyed the Polar Plunge in the pool with water straight off the stream. a wonderful experience that we would love to share with our friends and family.

The property was fairly clean and quirky. Newly decorated room with nice amenities, the mini fridge and large and warm breakfast to start the day. Amiable employees on top of customer service. Favourable central location, not far from wildlife, Box Canyon Falls and the restaurants.
